Can u take this?

Met a customer at work ytd and was the worst one that I have met so far in the whole of my sales job for so mani yrs, she said that she said "Excuse me" when I am busi in the mid of unpacking some stocks into the drawer, probably because of the loud music on gng in the store, I didn't hear her and she asked for my help a 2nd time, this time round I heard her and replied "Yes?", she somehow describe the product tat she is looking for to me, but I wasn't too sure what item was she referring to...and started to ask her if she means tis xx or that xx?Then she replied "Its okay, I will look for it myself"

The moment she turned around and found the item that she is looking for, right at the same time I realised that she is actuali lookling for that and I said "Ya, I think tis is the item that u r looking for..", she asked for 2 pieces of it..

I went to check and found that that is actuali the last piece on display, she asked me to call and check with my branch and I did...couldnt get my colleague on the store number, I tried calling her mobile which takes me some time for doing that...and finally I found her and I was told that she have 2 pieces there...

I told the customer abt it and she said she would like to have the display piece over my store, I said okay..then I ask if she needs me to reserve the item for her, she said "Its okay, if its there, it will be there so no need to reserve"..

But after she settled the payment for the item, she suddenly screamed at me and said that I haf the worst service among the rest of my colleagues...and said that I didnt bother to answer her when she said "Excuse me" and gave her a sulken face??She bitched me right in front of my sis who work wif me as well as a part timer..She kept bitching that she alwayz spent hundreds of dollars in our store and I should have better services..I felt upset somehow, I was been maligned..but since she dun bother to hear me out, there is reali no point for me to explain myself...I am conscience clear anyway..

All I want to say is that I did not give her any bad service and I am nt guilty of anything that she mentioned, I am upset over her blunt words thats all..put herself in my shoe, how will she feel?Hah, I think she will feel the worst ever...

Customers like her tot that the amount of money she spent in our store is gd enuf for her to bitch the salesperson upside down, I think she shd do something to her attitude too...come on, spent a few hundred bloody bucks and u wan to vent ur anger on us?We respect u as a customer but please dun abuse ur so called "authority" to bully us and labelled us as u like, we have diginity too!!~
